It is NOT to drive traffic to my web site or to advertise, although that most likely occurs. It is because I believe strongly that every parent and teacher should have access to certain resources. When parents have access to resources that help their children, they can be better and happier parents. I give files out for free because it's a way I can give back and improve the world just a little bit.
